Marketing Director

Maya grew up in rural Arkansas where she gained her first exposure to the marketing and business world through her family's newspaper business. Her eye for design grew out of watching and helping her Grandad build a newspaper week-in and week-out, and she developed an interest in supporting small business owners in planning for the future as the business transitioned to her mother's management after her grandfather's retirement. Maya earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from New College Franklin in Franklin, TN, where her passion for bringing beauty to the world through written and visual art was nurtured. She believes that storytelling is integral to business planning, and she strives to use her gifts to tell the stories of Compass Executive Group and its clients beautifully and skillfully.

Maya and her husband live in Western Pennsylvania, where they enjoy hiking, reading good books, and sharing meals with friends and family.
