Solomon has spent the past 23 years in Nashville, Tennessee, building a team dedicated to helping business owners and families navigate the complexities of business and succession planning. Since beginning his career in 2008, he has been passionate about forming intentional relationships, listening to his clients, and proactively guiding them toward hope, stewardship, and growth in their business planning. He and his team specialize in serving high-net-worth business owners, ensuring they have the structure and strategy to protect their businesses and legacies while staying true to their vision.

Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, Solomon is committed to helping business owners intentionally grow their businesses and providing them with clarity and confidence for their future.

Solomon lives in Columbia, TN, with his wife, Katie, and their four sons. He is an active member of Parish Presbyterian Church and enjoys time with his family, working on the farm, reading, playing music, and engaging with his community.
